The Grievance Cell is established to address and resolve any concerns or issues you may face during your academic journey. We are committed to ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all students. The Grievance Cell provides a platform where you can voice your concerns in a confidential and respectful manner.

What Can You Report?

• Academic issues (e.g., examination, results, attendance, etc.)
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Infrastructure-related problems (e.g., classrooms, labs, hostel facilities)
• Misconduct or unethical behavior
• Any other concerns affecting your college experience

How to Lodge a Grievance?

1. Visit the Grievance Cell office during working hours.
2. Submit a written complaint to the designated authority.

Confidentiality:

We ensure that all grievances will be handled confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken promptly. Your identity and information will not be disclosed without your consent.

The Students Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) will review and assess the complaint.
If required, meetings will be held to investigate the matter further.
Appropriate action will be taken within a stipulated time frame, and the outcome will be communicated to the student.
