The Grievance Cell is established to address and resolve any concerns or issues you may face during your academic journey. We are committed to ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for all students. The Grievance Cell provides a platform where you can voice your concerns in a confidential and respectful manner.

What Can You Report?

• Academic issues (e.g., examination, results, attendance, etc.)
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Infrastructure-related problems (e.g., classrooms, labs, hostel facilities)
• Misconduct or unethical behavior
• Any other concerns affecting your college experience

How to Lodge a Grievance?

1. Visit the Grievance Cell office during working hours.
2. Submit a written complaint to the designated authority.
3. Alternatively, you can send an email to `{`[email protected]`}` with a detailed description of your concern.

Confidentiality:

We ensure that all grievances will be handled confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken promptly. Your identity and information will not be disclosed without your consent.

Resolution Process:

  • The Grievance Cell will review and assess the complaint.
  • If required, meetings will be held to investigate the matter further.
  • Appropriate action will be taken within a stipulated time frame, and the outcome will be communicated to the student.
